Team Development
HWA Associates have accumulated a vast range of experience and expertise in the field of team development. This has been gained through working with teams from different functions and levels within organisations. In the NHS the experience extends from ‘ward to board’ and within other industries.
The range of work undertaken with teams has included:

- Policy Development
- Team development programmes that start with mission and vision through to practical team processes and work practices
- Diagnostic work - identifying issue that impede effective team working
- Conflict resolution - facilitating conflict resolution within and between teams, including mediation.
- Coaching - coaching teams for improvement.
