Organisation Development
There is confusion as to what Organisation or OD as it is referred to, actually is. Well the short answer could be anything that you want it to be! There are a variety of definitions that can be applied to OD, the broadest of which is ‘any intervention aimed at improving the organisation’.
HWA Associates have experience of developing OD Strategies and Plans for whole organisations through to specific OD interventions with a particular service or team. This flexibility is the HWA added value, being able to relate the operational through back to the strategic and vice versa. Taking whole systems approach is a natural inbuilt assumption.
