Facilitating – One off Events and Long Term Support
Facilitation is a something that when done well adds a significant amount of value to any event or process but in many instances is not appreciated, understood, ignored or because of previous bad experiences dismissed.
HWA Associates have facilitated groups of 4 through to large events of hundreds of people.
HWA Associates have a practical and pragmatic approach to facilitating which is aimed at designing a process that will deliver the required/needed outcome from a meeting, training programme, large group event or a one to one situation.
All requests for facilitation are treated on an individual basis and the subsequent suggested process designed to meet the specific needs and requirements. The focus is on outcomes and outputs and action.
